How does it work?
We suggest that the modules are studied sequentially but they have been designed to stand independently of each other and can be studied in any order. A student can choose to study one or two only if that is their choice.
Each certificate module gives the basic skills and information needed within a particular discipline and is invaluable in accumulating a certificated and validated professional understanding that most employers seek.
When a student has successfully completed the twelve theoretical modules they will be awarded the London Academy Certificate of Theory for work within a private household. Should a student wish to be awarded the full certificate from The London Academy, they will have the opportunity to attend a one day course confirming and validating their practical skills. Once all modules have been completed, the student will be informed of suitable dates for the one day validation course.
Each module costs £100 and if you buy all 12 modules the costs a discounted rate of £950.There are also two management modules which cost £125 each. You are able to purchase the modules online via PayPal. Once you have purchased a module you are then able to log in and out at anytime to study the information and answer questions. Only when you are happy with your answers do you need to submit the information to The London Academy for marking. There is no time limit for finishing a module. You will be given a pass or fail and if you are given a pass then a module certificate will be sent to you online.
