How can I reserve a place on a course?
By completing the application form and returning it to us with payment for the course.

Which course is the best starting point?
Our basic courses and our ‘brush up your skills’ courses are excellent ways of ensuring your skills are of the standards required to deem you to be ‘professional’.

How well known are the courses?
Students who have successfully completed the courses have gone into excellent jobs in private service and many staff , who are already employed in private service, attend the courses to gain professional validation and to update their skills. Our employers and students hold the courses and training in high regard and we are a preferred supplier of the Career Transition Partnership for the Armed Forces.

Do I have to have a good knowledge of private service to be accepted on the course?
The only course that requires a certain standard of experience and expertise is The Diploma Course.

What happens if I leave a two day course after day one, will I get a refund?
Sadly not. Our refund policy is clearly outlined in our terms and conditions which can be obtained on request.

What is the dress code for courses?
We ask our students to be dressed casually but smartly too – so no jeans. If butlers are attending the Advanced butler course or the Diploma they will work at a dinner party and will be required to wear appropriate clothing. You will be issued with an apron for the duration of the course.
