Households

We offer bespoke tailor made training for staff in their own work locations ~ the menu of training is extensive and clients can pick the most appropriate topics to suit their needs ~ eg. Service at table, housekeeping and schedules and rotas.Download 2012 Bespoke Training information.

The charges are per day or half day.

Commerce and industry

Our training has taken place in a range of hotels, restaurants, banks both locally and internationally. We have experience of training staff in top level hotels and restaurants. We can work within the top end retail industry and transform the way staff work with the public and give them strategies for dealing with any situation.

Marine and Leisure

We have a wide range of training options available for staff in chalets, private yachts and for those who work on private jets. We have worked in Switzerland, France, the Middle East and in various other locations.

Media support

Jane Urquhart is a recognised speaker on the subject of “upstairs/downstairs”. We regularly help television companies seeking butlers or housekeepers or cooks for programmes or for advice and have worked in collaboration with authors and people writing articles for the media.

Professional development
